Taylor's funeral service was Tuesday morning. Extra seats were added in the sanctuary as every pew was full, the balcony was packed, and an extra side room was full with a television screen telecasting the service. Some stood throughout the whole service. You can read more about it by clicking here.
This is one of the many poster-sized pictures that were displayed at the service on Tuesday.
Mike and I stopped by and visited with his parents on Thursday evening. We visited with Kelly and Lisa to offer our condolences and to borrow the picture. Baseball registration was scheduled for our park on Friday night. Since Taylor was from Sylvan Hills and since his parents requested memorials be made to SH, we thought it would be nice to afford anyone an opportunity to make a donation. People were good to donate. Nice people. People that never even knew Taylor. It was a good night. This picture was also displayed.
