It's not often that any love is shown between any of my kids. So here it is.

Tonight's the big night. Chase marches with the high school band. I'm pretty excited about it. He is absolutely beside himself. He wanted to wear his band shoes to school today. Ummm...NO! All the grandparents are coming and Mike is officiating the game so he'll get to observe too - he'll have a 'side-line' view. Of course he can't come up into the stands with us. What would the other team think if the ref crawled up into the stands of the opposing team? Seriously....you're playing NORTH PULASKI. It's a clear shot at victory. BUT no other school can beat the band! Their music theme this year is the Doobie Brothers. Tonight they'll be playing Jesus Is Just Alright. Just come for the half time entertainment. That's all you need!
